The Hypoxic Punks are Tim Gustafson, Robert Poch, and Mark Pedelty. We have been joined over the years by many talented musicians and have played all over town, from the Fine Line and Convention Center to Club Underground and the Acadia, as well as environmental benefits, parties, and the Minnesota State Fair.
